Ingredients:
2 Sweet bell peppers
6 oz. Beef
1 medium onion
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Sour cream
1-1/2 Tbs. Wheat flour
1 Tbs. Tomato paste
1 Tbs. Cheese
Preparation:
- Clean peppers by removing pulp and seeds. Put into boiling water for a short time.
- For stuffing, chop up meat and onion, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Fry slightly in pan with hot vegetable oil.
- Fill peppers with stuffing.
- Put into oiled pan with a little water on the bottom. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
- For sauce, fry wheat with hot oil until it gets yellowish in color. Add tomato paste and keep frying for 1-2 minutes. Mix in sour cream, salt, and boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve peppers with tomato cream sauce on top.
